We are only a small team but will do our very best to respond to your enquiry within two working days. Hang on in there! Please have a look at our simple troubleshooting tips and short how to videos before deciding to send an SOS. 

You need to sign up first. Click on ‘Free Trial’ from the home page and select a subscription package. Simply follow the onscreen instructions. if you’re already subscribed, you must use the exact details you entered when signing up.

Select ‘Single User’ if you are buying subscription for an individual.

If you are a care home or residential home you need to select ‘Multi User’. This allows usage of Radio Reminisce within that home. If you’re a company with more than one home either create separate multi user accounts for each home or contact us for a bespoke signup.

On the ‘Login’ page, click ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the simple instructions. We’ll send you an email with your new password so please check your spam mail if it hasn’t come through to your inbox. Copy the new password exactly into the login page. You can then change your password to something more memorable from the ‘My Account’ page.

Cancelling subscription terminates your Radio Reminisce account immediately wherever you are in the subscription period. The ‘My Account’ tab can be found when logged in positioned at the top right of the page.

To find this out, please check your bank statement for the exact date. You can also contact us if you are unsure.
